Change Agent Network will host a commemorative dinner in honor of the survivors of the Ebola crisis in Dallas and recognize the one year anniversary of the same.
The theme of the dinner gala is "Ebola-Free World; What's Next? Featuring Special Guest Speaker, the Honorable Jeremiah C. Sulunteh, Liberian Ambassador to the United States (based in Washington D.C.). At this celebration, Ambassador Sulunteh will express gratitude and request continued support of the humanitarian work in Liberia, discuss the state of Liberia and Texas (post Ebola epidemic), share key milestones in Liberia, and provide updates on Liberia’s future.
Dallas’ Health and Human Services Director, Zach Thompson will also speak on lessons learned and where we are one year later in Dallas.
“This event will allow all Liberians and supporters in Dallas to celebrate the progress that has been made on this one year anniversary of the Ebola crisis in Dallas. It will be a time of reconciliation, healing and opportunity to rescind the stigma of Ebola that greatly affected Liberians and Dallas residents.” stated Eric Wowoh, founder of Change Agent Network.
