In the US, we pray and fundraise to provide materials, professional advice, training, plus moral supports to our Liberian recipients. This “walk alongside” approach, combined with their valuable contributions of land, and labor, allows us to build and expand affordable schools in Liberia. We do not pay for sustainability. That is the responsibility of the local community as they begin to see the powerful effect schools have on their culture.
